Welcome to the The Wonderful World of Clawhammer Ukulele. In this book and series of videos I will walk you through the techniques required to adapt clawhammer banjo playing to ukulele. The first, and most important step, is to take everything that your right hand knows about playing ukulele and put it on the shelf. Throughout this book are play buttons which will take you to lessons as well as play-along videos for each exercise. Each video has tools that allow you to slow down and loop any sections that are giving you specific challenges.

This book is arranged in two sections. Each of these builds up an arrangement throughout and focuses on a utilizing clawhammer techniques in a singular key. The goal is not the song itself but getting comfortable with each technique so that you may incorporate it comfortably into your playing.

Take your time going through the exercises and do not forget to breath from time to time but most importantly: Enjoy!
