In today's free ukulele lesson we're learning the 1931 song popularized by Bing Crosby - 'Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams'. While the tune is fairly straight forward this arrangement will challenge you with a couple new chord voicings for basic chords as well as being a great introduction into augmented chords.
The bridge of the song is a great practice vehicle from our 7th chord lesson a few weeks ago - showing us how the different chord voicings flow into one another.
This month on the Magic Ukulele Club we're diving deep into this song in a series of lessons including:
Building Chord Melody
Chord Substitutions
Soloing with Chord Movements
How to modulate between keys
